Yes, you will be offered a hot shower before and after your appointment. A fresh towel and cleansing gel will be provided. Sometimes clients prefer not to shower after the appointment, citing the positive benefits to the skin from the oil we have applied. This is all down to personal choice and your own preferences. Good personal hygiene is a must before the start of the appointment, and we thank you in advance for your co-operation in this matter. We would like to add that the time spent showering is included in your overall session time.
