You’re far from alone if you’ve discovered that post-Christmas, you’re sporting a stomach that’s a little more distended than usual. You may even have the beginnings of dreaded muffin-top — that unsightly overspill that spoils the effect of figure-hugging jeans by allowing a roll of flab to pop up and say hello. Fortunately, despite all the nay-saying, it’s really not hard to get your belly back into a more disciplined and sightly shape — one that’s pleasing on the eye and good for the overall health, too. It’s never necessary to resort to the drastic and unhealthy weight-loss tactics like fasting, laxatives, excessive water consumption or the dreaded gastric band. All that’s required is a few little alterations that you don’t have to do forever — just from time to time. You’ll notice that your male massage practitioner has a flawless build and a washboard stomach. You can have the same. Here’s a few steps to get you on your journey.

Easy tips for a flatter stomach

Walk. Cutting out unnecessary tube journeys, cab or bus rides means plenty of walking and walking burns fat, especially if it’s brisk. After the 25-minute mark, you’ll be feeling flushed and you’ll enter a fat-burning zone that’s better than the one you’d get from running.
Fibre. Eating fibre assists fat loss. Fruit, vegetables, cereals etc are the answer. For every 10 grams of fibre you consume, your belly will carry less fat bit by bit.
Clean. Vacuum clean to be precise. You can use this chore as a great opportunity for stomach exercise. Consciously clench your abs while you work and you’ll be creating tone that’ll start becoming visible as you lose the fat.
Salt. Think twice about it. As wonderful as it can make things taste, it also encourages your body to retain fluid which isn’t going to lead to great results for the tummy.
Alcohol. Ditch or reduce it, at least for a while. Not only is it often calorific, it also prompts your body to produce more of the hormone cortisol. Cortisol, in turn, tells your belly to store fat and lots of it.

There are dozens of more easy-to-follow tips out there just waiting for you to get started on them. And once you do, don’t forget to mingle in the treats so that it’s not all about discipline. Male massage on a regular basis will keep you smiling through until success is simply inevitable.
